At Vineyard Farm, we offer a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in farm life and enjoy the rewards of its harvest. We are seeking individuals who are hardworking, responsible, motivated, enthusiastic, dedicated, and eager to learn. Our positions are seasonal, with varying hours, and all employees receive training in food safety principles, adhering to Commonwealth Quality Practices (CQP).
Educational Opportunities
We have previously collaborated with students from Southeastern Regional High School, West Bridgewater High School, and Silver Lake Regional High School (Future Farmers of America horticulture program), providing hands-on farm experience. Notably, carpentry students have constructed our packing shed and refurbished our farm stand tables in compliance with good agricultural practices. These positions also offer the chance to earn community service hours.

Available
Farm Stand Worker
(May – October)
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service at our Farm Stand.
– Display, stock, and market produce and products effectively.
Qualifications:
– A strong interest in food and related issues is advantageous.
– Prior retail experience is preferred.
– Must be courteous, respectful, outgoing, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
General Farm Worker
(April – October)
Responsibilities:
-Engage in planting, weeding, harvesting, washing, and packing of produce.
Qualifications:
-Efficiency and competence in farm tasks are essential.
-A positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the farm’s mission are crucial.
Floral & Herb Arranger
(June – September)
Responsibilities:
-Cut and arrange fresh flower bouquets.
Qualifications:
– Creativity and an eye for detail in floral design are beneficial.
