Last Saturday, May 11, Vineyard Farm experienced one of the most special moments in its recent history: the Special Mother’s Day Festival. With around 700 visitors gathered to celebrate this important date, the event was a true success — full of affection, unique experiences and a family atmosphere that warmed hearts.
More than a celebration, the day became a complete sensory experience. It was a meeting of nature, tradition, good food and fun for all ages, in the enchanting setting that only a living farm like Vineyard Farm can offer.
Flavors That Delighted
To make the date even more memorable, the menu was designed with great care — and flavor! The highlight was the pork roll and the freshly grilled picanha, prepared with care and served with that homemade seasoning that only goes well with the country breeze. All of this accompanied by our traditional food truck, which offered cold drinks, options for all tastes and that relaxed atmosphere of those who are in good company.
Live music completed the scene. While families settled in the shade of the trees or at tables spread out on the lawn, the background music inspired conversations, smiles and toasts — many of them dedicated to mothers, the great protagonists of the day.
The Beauty of Tulips: A Success Story
Those who follow us know that Vineyard Farm planted more than 120,000 tulips for this season — a natural spectacle that was, without a doubt, one of the biggest attractions of the last few weeks. And the demand was so great that, even before the Mother’s Day Festival took place, all the flowers had already been picked by our flower and nature-loving audience.
Although this caused a little frustration for some who were hoping to see the tulips at the festival, it was also a symbol of how much our farm has been winning a place in the hearts of the community. And here’s a message: more flowers will come. Our fertile land, cared for with so much love, is always ready for new experiences — and many exciting harvests are still to come.
A Gift from Nature: The Sun Shines Again
After a week of cloudy weather and cooler temperatures, we were blessed with a sunny Saturday. The sky cleared, the sun shone brightly and warmed not only the skin, but also the spirits of everyone who came to spend the day with us.
The heat, combined with the positive energy that circulated in the air, made the event even brighter. Smiles could be seen in every corner of the farm, from the tables in the food area to the dirt paths where families and groups of friends took photos, chatted and enjoyed the day.
An Event That Will Be Missed — and an Invitation to the Future
The Mother’s Day Special at Vineyard Farm was more than just an event: it was a celebration of life, family relationships and connection with the land. Seeing mothers being honored, children discovering the rural world and adults reliving childhood memories was, for us, the greatest reward.
