Thank you for choosing Vineyard Farm for your school, daycare, or summer camp field trip experience. Our goal is to provide children with a fun, safe, interactive, and educational visit connected to nature, farm life, animals, and outdoor experiences.

By scheduling a field trip at Vineyard Farm, the organization, school, daycare, summer camp, teachers, staff, chaperones, and participants acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Educational Experience:

Field trips at Vineyard Farm are designed to provide children with an educational and hands-on farm experience.

The standard field trip package includes:

  • Guided educational farm visit.
  • Learning experience about the farm environment.
  • Visit to the animals and petting zoo.
  • Hayride or Cybertruck ride.
  • Outdoor exploration and interaction with nature.

How it Works

Scheduling & Group Information
  • Advance scheduling is required for all groups.
  • Visits are available for schools, daycares, summer camps, and educational groups.
  • Arrival and departure times should be respected to maintain farm operations and scheduling.
  • Vineyard Farm reserves the right to adjust activities depending on operational needs, weather conditions, and seasonal availability.
  • Food truck purchases, animal feeding experiences, seasonal attractions, events, and additional farm activities are not included in the standard field trip package.
  • Additional experiences may be added separately upon prior agreement, availability, and adjusted pricing.
  • Seasonal flowers, crops, decorations, and activities may vary throughout the year.
  • Visitors should wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear suitable for an outdoor farm environment.
  • Vineyard Farm is a real working farm, and visitors may come into contact with natural outdoor elements such as dirt, dust, mud, grass, water, insects, and uneven terrain.
  • Participants should be prepared for outdoor conditions and the possibility of getting clothing or shoes dirty during the visit.
  • Teachers, camp staff, organizers, and chaperones remain fully responsible for supervising children at all times during the visit.
  • Running, climbing fences, entering restricted areas, disturbing animals, or interacting with farm equipment is not permitted.
  • Vineyard Farm staff reserve the right to interrupt or restrict any behavior considered unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to the farm environment.

Weather Policy
  • Field trips may continue during light weather conditions depending on farm operations and safety evaluations.

    Certain activities may be modified, delayed, or canceled depending on weather and seasonal conditions.

  • At Vineyard Farm, we truly care about providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

    As a real working farm and outdoor environment, guests may naturally encounter dirt, mud, dust, insects, uneven terrain, animals, and changing weather conditions during their visit.

    While every reasonable effort is made to promote safety and comfort, Vineyard Farm cannot be held responsible for:

    • Injuries caused by failure to follow safety instructions.
    • Allergic reactions, insect bites, or outdoor sensitivities.
    • Lost or unattended personal belongings.
    • Clothing or footwear affected by natural farm conditions.
