Refund and Returns Policy

Ticket Information – Vineyard Farm

Even though tickets may show an opening time of 9 am, you may arrive anytime between opening and 1 hour prior to closing. You may leave and return the same day with your wristband.

The number of tickets issued each day is limited to ensure the best possible experience and prevent overcrowding. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets online in advance to guarantee entry.

If tickets are not sold out online, a limited number will be available at the gate on a first-come, first-served basis.

 Online Date Change Policy

• With refundable or nonrefundable tickets, you may change the date of your tickets up to 24 hours before the start of the event by following the “Change Your Event Time” link in your confirmation email.
  
• You can only change to another date that is not sold out.
  
  

Refundable Tickets

• Offer greater flexibility: you may change your date or request a refund up until 12:00PM (noon) the day before the event.
  
• Changing your date is free of charge.
  
• To request a change or refund, please call (508) 857-0657 before the deadline.
  
  

Nonrefundable Tickets

• Cannot be refunded or exchanged if you are unable to attend.
  
• The only exception is if Vineyard Farm is closed (see cancellation policy below).
  
  

You may still change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event using the link in your confirmation email (as long as the new date is not sold out).
